The STEM programme for grade 1-10 offers students who have an affinity for any discipline in the sciences the opportunity to pursue their interests beyond the standard curriculum. The programme provides students with challenging science and math experiences, while incorporating technology and engineering components. Students in the program are encouraged to innovate and use their knowledge to think critically and creatively.
STEM students learn to implement rigorous research methodology as they design projects and conduct research. They learn how to analyze their results with the greatest possible measure of reliability and validity, draw conclusions, and identify the need for further investigation. The goal of the programme is to graduate students who are capable of applying these inquiry skills in the research setting of an internship, in higher education, or at the professional level.
